Sub-processors

To run Artfolio, Manual 2 AI Private Limited uses the third-party services listed below. Each one is used only for the purpose shown and handles data under contractual safeguards. Your database, sign-in, uploaded files and backups are hosted in Mumbai, India (AWS ap-south-1), and the Artfolio app runs on servers in Mumbai.

Services we use to run Artfolio

• Supabase: Database, sign-in and file storage. Your gallery records, contacts and uploaded images and documents live here. Where: Mumbai, India (AWS ap-south-1), including backups.
• Vercel: Runs the Artfolio app and delivers pages through its content network. Also provides privacy-friendly page-view analytics. Where: App servers in Mumbai, India; content network worldwide.
• Resend: Sends and receives email for Artfolio: invoices, invitations, campaigns, notifications and account messages. Where: May process outside India.
• Google (Gemini and Vertex AI): Artwork image analysis and image search, and the AI features you choose to use, such as descriptions, drafting and translation. Some of this runs automatically while AI is on for your gallery: artwork images are indexed for image search in the background, and a new artwork's images are analysed when it is added. Turning AI off stops both. Artfolio does not use your content to train AI models. Where: Gemini: may process outside India. Vertex AI image search: United States.
• Razorpay: Plan subscriptions: takes your Artfolio payments by card, UPI or bank mandate and renews them. Receives your billing contact details and payment information. Where: India.
• Cashfree Payments: GSTIN verification, and payments from galleries whose plan was set up through Cashfree. Where: India.
• Sentry: Error monitoring, so we can find and fix crashes. Short session replays around an error are recorded only if you accept analytics cookies. Where: United States.
• Upstash: Rate limiting to protect the service from abuse. Holds request counts keyed by IP address for a short time. Where: May process outside India.

Integrations you choose to connect

These services only receive data if your gallery switches the integration on. When you connect one, data moves between Artfolio and your own account with that provider, under that provider's terms.

• Mailchimp: Sync newsletter sign-ups from your public website to your own Mailchimp list.
• Shopify, WooCommerce and Webflow: Sync artworks and orders with your own online store or website.
• Razorpay (your account): Take payments from your buyers into your own payment gateway account.

Maps and videos on your public website

A map or a video shown on your gallery's public website loads from Google Maps, YouTube or Vimeo. The visitor's browser connects to that service, which receives their IP address and browser details under its own terms.

Changes and notifications

We keep this list current. If we add or replace a service in a way that materially changes how your data is handled, we'll update this page and notify affected customers so you can review the change.
