Migration Questions
Can I run both systems in parallel?
Yes, absolutely. We recommend running Artfolio alongside your current system for 2 weeks. Your existing data is never modified during migration.
What if something goes wrong?
Full rollback capability. Your original CSV files are preserved, and your ArtLogic account remains untouched. We can re-import at any time.
Is migration really free?
Yes. Enterprise plans (From $399/mo) include hands-on migration. Solo, Professional, and Gallery plans can self-serve with our smart CSV importer at no extra cost.
Do you migrate images?
Yes. Upload artwork images via bulk upload, or provide URLs for automatic download. We support JPEG, PNG, and WebP up to 10MB per image.
What about my custom reports?
We'll help you recreate them using our analytics dashboard, which includes sales reports, inventory aging, artist performance, and custom date ranges.
How do you handle duplicate records?
Our importer detects duplicates by title + artist + year for artworks, email for contacts, and name for artists. You choose to skip, update, or create new.
